About us

CabCo Design + Renovation is a team of expert design consultants and licensed contractors specializing in renovating homes throughout the North Carolina Piedmont area. CEO and founder, Rochelle Ogburn, began her career in design early on completing the Design and Merchandising program in high school. After relocating to Charlotte from her hometown of Des Moines, Iowa, she became a licensed real estate broker in 2017 and went on to become a certified Accredited Staging Partner in 2020. After building her real estate team, The Ogburn Group, and gaining experience working with some of the best contractors in the Charlotte area, Rochelle, along with her husband, Tim, created CabCo Design + Renovation. We are proud to share our passion and knowledge to help families sell their homes and maximize their profit.
