What does In-Person look like?

FULL SERVICE DESIGN - Where we help you turn your vision into your dream space.

Mood boards- Gathering ideas from online, magazines, or social media, our curated moos boards bring all your ideas into one space so you can visualize the final space.
Renderings- Architectural 3D rendering of your designed space help you see the finished space before we even start demolition.
Shopping lists- List of items needed to complete the project from local or online stores.
Space planning- Helps make sure your selections fit the space.
From plumbing fixtures to flooring, and everything in between - We help you select every aspect of your dream space to make sure it fits your style and your budget.
Showroom visits- To see the vast array of options available in cabinetry to flooring.
Installation plan- Detailed timeline of the tasks needed to complete your project
Material sourcing and procurement- We take care of ordering the highest quality materials at the best price and then delivering them to your project site.
Warehouse storage, if necessary- …And storing materials, if needed!
On-site visits- We have scheduled visits with the builder to make sure your project stays on tract.
Project management- We are there every step of the way, to help your vision come to life!

FEE

We charge 10% of the total renovation budget. 1% for the initial consultation fee, with the remaining due once the project is complete.

FIX IT FIRST

We front the cost of renovating your home so you can sell it at top dollar!

The fee is 50% of the Excess proceeds and the deposit is inspection cost.

Initial consultation

In this one-on-one meeting done at the project site, we’ll tour your home and discuss your vision and goals for the space. We then define the scope of your project and create a plan to bring your vision to life.

Project confirmation

This meeting can be in-person at our Kannapolis office or via video conference. Here, we will present your Mood Board based on the specific vision discussed at your initial meeting. We will also present a detailed budget that covers all anticipated expenses, including materials, labor, and permits (if applicable). Last, we will cover your timeline.

Project Kickoff

Once you’ve officially hired CabCo by signing the contract and paying the deposit/consultation fee, we’ll do a detailed walk through, on-site, with the GC to discuss inspection findings that need to be addressed. We’ll also finalize design plans and the project timeline.

Demo Day!

While the team starts demolition, our Creative Director will create a materials list and start ordering. She’ll also schedule the different trades that will be contracted out and create a trades checklist for them to follow.

Renovation Begins

After each step in the Timeline below is completed, the entire design team will meet to make sure the project is staying on track and discuss next steps. During this time, the client(s) is more than welcome to drop by the site to check on progress.

The Reveal

After cabinetry is installed, the house takes shape very fast. We ask that the clients stay away so that the final reveal can be a surprise. Don’t worry, we know you’ll love it! If you are selling your home, we’ll discuss the final list price and next steps in the listing phase at the reveal.
